Phyllis Palm, Financial Manager
Phyllis has been with Colchester Dental Group for 10 years and brings a multitude of professional and management experience to the practice. She is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, DC. She has immense training in dental management operations as she has traveled the country to accrue her knowledge from the most respected dental educators. She was instrumental in opening our Maryland office and is solely responsible for the design lay out and ambiance of the Colchester office. Phyllis enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her two grandchildren Bianca and Gavin.
Jelena Cianchetta Insurance Benefits Coordinator
Graduated from the Center for Technologies at Essex in Dental Assisting in 2003. She worked as a dental assistant for 6 years previously and thoroughly enjoys the patient interaction as a hygiene coordinator. She is also furthering her education at the University of Vermont. Jelena is CPR and AED certified. She enjoys pilates, physical fitness and spending time with her family and three cats ( two Himalayan and an Egyptian mau).
Wesley Williams, Office Manager
Wesley graduated cum laude from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and English. Wesley formerly worked as a teacher and counselor at Northlands Job Corps Center in Vergennes, Vermont helping under privileged youth to earn their GED or HSD while managing, coordinating and implementing Individualized Education Plans involving teachers, residential advisors and vocational instructors to insure the success of the youths. He has grown up in a dental oriented family as several family members are dentists.Wesley enjoys furthering his knowledge in dentistry and health along with spending time with his daughter and playing sports.
Wendy Cassidy, Hygiene Scheduler and New Patient Coordinator
Wendy has been with Colchester Dental Group since January of 2006. Wendy has had training as a dental assistant and is currently the doctor's scheduling coordinator. Wendy's goals are to provide our patients with superb customer service in accommodating all of their needs.
Wendy lives in St. Albans with her 4 children. Her interests include nutrition, whole food healing, and raising her family.
Suzanne Jaques, Front Desk Coordinator and Doctor's Scheduler
Suzanne has been with Colchester Dental Group for over 5 years in total and has over 25 years experience in the dental field. Suzanne's primary goal is to coordinate our patients' treatment and financial arrangements in a courteous, professional and timely manner. She works closely with all major dental insurance companies to ensure that our patients get the maximum coverage from their benefit plans. In addition to this, she also will answer questions regarding all aspects of comprehensive treatment. Suzanne strongly believes that our patients deserve the best customer service available.
Suzanne lives with her husband and son in Milton, VT and has a beautiful daughter who resides in Florida with her husband. She holds a Second Degree certification in Reiki, a black belt in Korean Tai Kwon Do, and is also certified in Equine Sports Massage. Her other passion is working with horses and she has a beautiful registered Morgan named Sensei.
