About Us

Matthew Giulianelli, DMD

Dr. Giulianelli graduated cum laude from Saint Michael's College in 2001 with a degree in Biology. He then went on to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. During his training at Tufts, Dr. Giulianelli had the privilege of working with top faculty members whose knowledge of today's latest methods and materials gave him the solid foundation for his treatment philosophies. After graduating from Tufts, Dr. Giulianelli completed a post doctoral General Practice Residency program at Boston Medical Center. At Boston Medical, Dr. Giulianelli received advanced training in oral medicine, oral surgery, implant prosthetics and endodontics as well as treating head and neck cancer patients to help improve their quality of life both during and after their treatments.

Dr. Giulianelli is pleased to be practicing and living in the Burlington area. He is currently working towards a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry. He is dedicated to providing superior care to all his patients as he regularly attends continuing education courses on the advances in dentistry today.

In 2009, Dr. Giulianelli began his studies at the Dawson Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida to further enhance the patient experience of comprehensive and predictable dental treatments. Dr. Giulianelli especially enjoys smile design and aesthetic treatments and encourages all patients to maintain a healthy smile! Dr. Giulianelli is affectionately known in the office as "Dr. G."

Kenneth Palm, DDS

Dr. Kenneth Palm graduated from the Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. in 1982. After working as a staff dentist and dental administrator in New York, he returned in 1984 to the Washington, D.C. area to open his first dental practice in Wheaton, Maryland. He later became a staff dentist with the George Washington University Health Plan in Washington, D.C.

In 1992 Dr. Palm completed an Infectious Disease Mini-residency at Erie County Medical Center located in Buffalo, New York. In 1995 Dr. Palm moved with his family to Vermont and was a staff dentist and dental director with Kaiser/Community Health Plan of Vermont. He left Kaiser Health Plan and accepted a position as dental director with the State of Vermont Department of Corrections.

In 2000 Dr. Palm returned to private practice in Colchester, Vermont and in 2006 he opened an additional practice in Glen Burnie, Maryland.

In 2005 Dr. Palm completed the Nobel Biocare Mini-Residency in Implantology, and began the Continuums at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida. Through his advanced studies at the Pankey Institute Dr. Palm expresses his dental skills by focusing on delivering comprehensive dentistry which includes complete oral examinations, occlusal (bite) and TMJ treatment with splint therapy, aesthetics (smile), crowns and bridges, complete and partial dentures, Lumineers veneers, tooth whitening, implant restorations, root canal therapy, oral surgery and pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Palm believes that everyone deserves a beautiful and healthy smile and he welcomes everyone who eats, smiles, speaks, whistles, laughs, cries, sings, hums, clenches, sleeps, drinks, brushes and flosses to stop by our offices and meet our staff as we transform the way that dentistry is delivered in Vermont and Maryland. Dr. Palm holds licenses in the states of Maryland, Vermont, New York and the District of Columbia.
