Dr. Abigail Wiese has dreamed of being a dentist since she was just 3 years old. Inspired by her childhood dental provider, Dr. Stephanie, she saw firsthand the positive impact that a dedicated dental professional can have on patients’ lives. This early ambition has fueled her commitment to delivering quality care throughout her career. Dr. Wiese earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Biology from the University of Northern Iowa before continuing her education at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.

Recently, Dr. Wiese relocated from Iowa to Vermont to support her fiancé’s career transition. She is thrilled to join Colchester Dental Group, where she can apply her skills and enthusiasm to help patients achieve and maintain their best smiles. Dr. Wiese appreciates the art involved in dentistry and values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with her patients. She is particularly passionate about the connection between oral health and overall wellness, and is committed to educating her patients about effective home care practices to make a lasting, positive impact on their health.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Wiese likes to unwind by knitting, playing board games with friends, and spending quality time with her two cats, Jiji and Beatrice. As she settles into her new home in Vermont, she looks forward to exploring the beautiful surroundings and discovering new outdoor hobbies that the area has to offer.
