Dr. Hoang is a prosthodontist with a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to restorative dentistry. He specializes in advanced prosthodontic care, restoring both function and esthetics with precision and artistry, while tailoring each treatment to his patients’ individual needs.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors and a second degree in Studio Art from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Adams School of Dentistry in 2017, where he was honored with the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics Award.
Dr. Hoang began his career in active military service, completing advanced postgraduate training and serving as a general dentist in high-tempo operational settings. He later completed a selective three-year prosthodontics residency, developing advanced expertise in implants, complex restorations, and comprehensive treatment planning. His training also included research and teaching, as he served as an assistant professor mentoring the next generation of dental professionals.
At the heart of his practice is a commitment to patient comfort, trust, and long-term oral health. He combines advanced training with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach and a warm, approachable style—ensuring patients feel confident, cared for, and heard.
Outside the office, Dr. Hoang enjoys spending time with his wife and their three fur children. He also loves tending to his plants, crocheting, gaming, and sharing good meals with friends.
